System 01
Polymer Based Waterproofing
A modified acrylic hybrid system with many uses. It suits waterproofing of toilets, sunken portions, roofs, swimming pools, water tanks, asbestos roofs, terraces and china-chip terraces, and is used in crack repair and rehabilitation work for excellent waterproofing and protection.
System 02
Polyurethane Based Waterproofing
A two-component system made of a polyol (the base) and an isocyanate (the reactor). Combined, they form a liquid coating for waterproofing applications, valued for its ease of installation.
System 03
Silane Based Waterproofing
Penetrates deep into the surface of concrete and masonry, where it reacts chemically to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores — so water and other liquids bead off the surface.
System 04
Solvent Based Waterproofing
Also known as oil-based or alkyd coatings. They contain higher levels of organic compounds than water-based products, which helps application and drying and forms a durable, even paint film.
System 05
Cool Roof Coatings
Designed to reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat than a standard roof. A cool roof can use reflective paint, a sheet covering, or reflective tiles or shingles.

We start with a site inspection: examining the affected area, tracing moisture paths, and checking joints, cracks, drainage and adjoining elements. The aim is to find where the water is entering — not only where it shows.
It depends on the area, the system and the weather. Much of the time goes into surface preparation and curing between stages. After the site inspection we give you a schedule specific to your project.
